You can share any record with anyone in your tenant (Keeper account). Provided you have the appropriate permissions. Contact your administrator if the sharing option is not available to you.


  1. Locate the record you want to share
  2. Click on share
  3. Click on Add People. If not already selected
  4. Enter a user's email address or the Team group
  5. Select how you want to share with the person
  6. Click Add to add the user or Team group to the record
  7. Click Done once all have been added

The user will find the record in the top level of their vault.
