You can share any share folder with anyone in your tenant (Keeper account). Provided you have the appropriate permissions. Contact your administrator if the sharing option is not available to you.


  1. Select a share folder type
    1. It must be a Shared Folder type, not a Folder type.
  2. Click on Edit
  3. Click on Users
  4. Enter the user's email address or the Team group
  5. Change permissions if required
    1. Permissions default to the settings chosen for the folder
    2. You can also choose to expire the access to the user after a set amount of time or date and time
  6. Click Save once all is done


You can see from the image below that a Shared Folder can contain folders within folders. These are all available to the users or Team groups added for sharing.
